about free Discovery concerts
The intent behind the Harriman-Jewell Series free Discovery concerts is to introduce excellence and artistry to new audiences by eliminating a cost barrier.

The events begin at 7 p.m. (earlier than other evening performances) to better accommodate the schedules of families with children. The public can receive up to four free tickets per household while quantities last.

Born in St. Petersburg in 1980, Yevgeny Sudbin has been hailed by the Daily Telegraph (London) as “potentially one of the greatest pianists of the 21st century.” BBC Music Magazine recently wrote that Sudbin “miraculously combines the volcanic intensity of Vladimir Horowitz with the cat-and-mouse tonal reflexes of Mikhail Pletnev.”
